Transcript Request Procedure
We know your transcript is important to you and we will give you the quickest service possible. Please help us do this for you by assisting us in the following ways:
- Put your request in writing: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 requires that all transcript requests be in writing, signed and dated by the person to whom the records belong. The easiest way to do this is by downloading and completing the Transcript Request Form
- If you cannot download the form, please include the following information in your request: Full name as it appears on your record. (Please include your maiden name, or any other name used while enrolled at Weimar College); If alumni, please indicate if your obtained a Degree from Weimar; Addresses to which the transcript is to be mailed; and your return address and telephone number in the event we need to contact you.

- Payment for transcripts: Cost is $10 per transcript. For international transcript requests, there is a $15.00 charge per transcript. Expenses for special services (express mail, FedEx, etc.) will be in addition to base charge. Payment for mailing fees can be made by cash, check or credit card. For credit card payment please include type of credit card (Discover, Master Card or Visa), number, security code, expiration date, and billing address. If you prefer you may call us with credit card information after faxing your request.
Please note: According to Weimar College policy, transcripts may not be released to the student until the student’s account is paid in full.
Regular processing time is 3-5 business days. For 24-hour processing, an extra $10.00 fee applies.
