Russell Malott

Adjunct Faculty in Business

Russell began his teaching career at Weimar University in 2018 as an adjunct professor in the Business Department. He enjoys teaching the students how to apply knowledge of business practices in the real world.

In 1986, while a student at PUC, he graduated from College of the Redwoods Police Academy and was hired by the St. Helena Police Department. He is currently the senior officer. He graduated from PUC with a Bachelor of Business Degree in 1988. In 1992 he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is president and CEO of Ridgewood Associates in Nevada City.

Russell has been married to LoriDee for 32 years and has two adult daughters and one granddaughter. He is active in the Grass Valley Church and local Adventist schools serving as elder and treasurer and/or finance chairperson. He enjoys flying a Cessna 310, camping and hiking. He is a self-proclaimed expert critic on donuts and pastries.
