Weimar Institute leaders are thrilled to welcome Clive Coutet as the new director of media.
Coutet has a rich background in video and media production. He developed Lineage, a Christian history video series, and serves as its media director. For the past ten years, he has been the owner of a successful videography business, working with countless individual clients and organizations ranging from Adventist Review’s ARTV to Generation of Youth for Christ. Prior to this, he worked for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the world’s oldest broadcasting group and BSkyB, the UK’s largest pay-TV broadcaster.
With the addition of Coutet, Weimar Institute will be better able to tell the unique stories of its students and guests, develop a regular broadcast show highlighting projects on campus, and feature the myriad of life-changing programs here.
Coutet sees a wealth of material to explore at Weimar and believes God has led him and his family here. “I’m excited for the new challenge and for what God has in store in this new journey,” he shares.
Coutet also holds a degree in Film and Video Production from the University of West London (Formally known as Thames Valley University). In addition to his duties for Weimar Institute, he will continue his work with Adventist Mission’s 360 TV and the Lineage series.
He and his wife Charlene are blessed with two children and look forward to being on campus in November.
